Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und stets erreichbar, die Ausstattung zeitgemäss, der Pool passend und das Frühstücksbuffet auswahlreich. Auch die Lage beim Stadtzetrum ist perfekt.

Great location - very walkable to sightseeing, museums, and restaurants in Avignon. The rooms were a little weird - nice enough, redone within the last 5 years, but the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is glass that can be shaded or clear - but even with it shaded, if you turn on the light in the bathroom it shines into the bedroom. That means if I'm up early and in the bathroom, no way to use the bathroom without a light shining in the bedroom. I've seen this in other Novotels I think in NZ or AU, so maybe they are known for it, but I found it odd. Also, if they have AC it doesn't work - we turned it down but the room was still quite warm. It was 91-93 degrees when we were there, and we had a few very warm nights that it was hard to sleep. (Others we traveled with in a group said the same thing, so it was not just our rooms.) Breakfast is nice, plentiful, with lots of options - kitchen and restaurant staff work very hard at breakfast. The lobby could use a refresh.

Das housekeeping ist verbesserungsbedürftig.

Posizione ottima. Camera nella media dotata di ciò che serve. Personale gentile, parcheggio sotterraneo, biliardo, piscina. Letti comodi dotati di doppio cuscino.

Purtroppo il ristorante "Il Patio" all interno dell hotel non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Abbastanza caro e il piatto di salumi e formaggi molto deludente. Inoltre per colazione nessuna alternativa senza glutine priva di contaminazione ma solo del pane in mezzo a tutti gli altri prodotti...

J’ai apprécié La taille des chambres et Qualité de la literie , le calme de l’hôtel , l’espace piscine très agréable en fin de journée , le petit déjeuner très varié et qualitatif et le repas en chambre le soir c’était parfait.

Période de travaux malheureusement sur les mêmes dates que mon séjour donc l’espace salon commun était « encombré » et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement.

Very close to train station which is why I booked it.

We got given a disabled room which was annoying. It was only one night. It is good for a transit hotel but I wouldn't stay here for tourism as it is outside the wall and not close to restaurants area

Gute Lage mit angeschlossener Tiefgarage

Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können, Kaffee und Tee wurden nicht nachgefüllt, am 2. Tag waren die Bademäntel plötzlich entfernt worden.
