You get what you pay for. Basic single storey courtyard motel newly painted room with slightly tired facilities but clean and welcoming.

not a good sign when the toilet is a companies by a plunger rather than a brush.

Really there wasn't much to like.

It's a run down place to be paying almost 140.00 for one night. The little guy running the place doesn't know how to treat people. I was running late To check out so I went in the office to let me I was running late checking out and that I had to make 2 trips to get my things out cause I was there for the festival, this man Instantly started getting upset and a little loud saying that it wasn't right how I was running late and that I had to pay a fee of $15.00 every 30 minutes, now mind you there was only 4 people in the hole place for a room and literally acting like they had so much to do... don't get me wrong yes it's my fault I didn't care to pay the extra but the way this man got upset was really bad business. Nobody was waiting on any room here. The place was very out of date looks like the drug motel. But I gave this place The benefit of the doubt and of all things this man messed it up being so rude about leaving late. I understand people more than likely get left at this hotel and he can't get them to leave or them telling him someone is coming and nobody shows up. But I'm not that person, I came to there town for a festival and was running late packing up and leaving. I was going to rent this place for one more night but after that was not gonna rent from someone who was just so rude. The thing is I wasn't loud or get upset even though he was being very rude to me. But I'll remember how he treated me. Also I hope he doesn't treat his wife like he did with me. You can clearly tell he has had trouble with the people in that town because of how he was getting upset letting me know that me being late to leave his hotel was so badly. Also he told me if my stuff wasn't out of the room bye noon he was throwing it all in trash. I was like this man has lost his mind. Besides the rude little man who was the manager was very nice down to earth.

Very cozy place to stay. The bed and pillows are way better than most hotels. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Cheap price, somewhat convenient location

The managers were very helpful and accomodating. The property is quiet and safe. McDonald's is right next door and convenient for coffee and breakfast.
