"Superb"

Very friendly. Bed, toilet and shower very clean. One level. Great parking. Cold AC. Very quite location

Coffee pot didn't work. Stains on chairs. Electrical outs didn't work, some of them not all. Bathroom small but clean. Bath towels small.

"It is worth the money and a good location."

It was a decent room for the price. Overall quite area, with easy access to the Highway as well as in town.

The only thing I didn’t like was there were many knats flying around,

"Friendly, helpful owner, and just off hwy 127"

The owner is super friendly and helpful (we've stayed here before). He calls ahead of time in the day to confirm an approximate arrival time. He personally showed us to our room and made sure it would work for us! The shower had great water pressure.

But the shower took a long time to drain with water backup, so showers had to be kept to a minimum timeframe.

"This is a family owned, no frills motel."

Small, family owned business. Rooms are clean and partially updated. The man that checked us in walked us to the room to make sure the lights, AC, TV, and refrigerator were working. Check in/out were quick and easy.

Furniture, mattresses, and bathrooms need updated. AC is in the wall over one of the beds and the path to the restroom is a tight squeeze by one of the beds. The room was overpriced - we paid less at the Hampton Inn the night before - but it’s supply and demand and this is one of two motels in the area.

"Stephanie at the front desk was so Sweet & Nice that we stayed! She even showed us to our room & asked if we approved"

The Wonderful Ladies at the front desk are Awesome and are what made our stay so Great. Yes the rooms are older, but they were clean. Stephanie at the front desk was sooo extremely nice and sweet!! I had called to see if there were any rooms and she was so nice & courteous. (We couldn’t find a room anywhere for many miles) When I went in to check in, 2 women were checking in and asking for recommendations for places to eat, etc. and Stephanie was so nice to them and answered all their questions with kindness!
