Todo muy bien con las instalaciones del hotel y la habitación. Desde la llegada al hotel, todos muy serviciales y atentos. Luego la habitación muy espaciosa, amplia, buena iluminación y distribución de espacios, nos encantó! Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel sin pensarlo.

It’s our third time we stay in this great hotel and we don’t regret it. Best thing about hotel is location. We could walk to Andino mall, nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Neighborhood is safe and full of green. Staff is incredibly friendly. Every employee tries their best to make you feel like home.

Phone has an awful noise when you call and that they won’t fix because it’s expensive for the hotel to do?? Bathroom could have better ventilation. Smell gets stuck in the room.
