The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We arrived and were given a choice of drinks including wine as a welcoming gesture. They were very attentive to our needs, including how to watch a local soccer match. When we left, they hugged my daughters and said farewell to each of us. It was a level of kindness and service rarely seen in this industry.

They need to have an available source of potable water besides bottles for sale from the minibar.

Friendly staff, special reference to Freddy and Nambi who were superb. Location was good!

Ongoing maintenance issues with an air-conditioning unit that sounded like a world war 2 tank. I eventually had to ask maintenance to switch it off as controls weren't working. Housekeeping was less than optimal!

-Excellent staff- so friendly and helpful -Beautiful hotel and lobby in a safe location -walking distance to restaurants, malls and cafes -Apartment is the perfect size for a couple and has everything you need

-The kitchen isn't practical as it isn't stocked at all with any utensils or cutlery (we had to ask and were kindly given a few pots & pans.) -Cleaning is not up to par to the hotel's 5 star standard specifically the washroom -Our A/C did not work for 2 out of 3 days we were there but the staff kindly gave us a portable AC unit
