La ubicación, el personal de la cafeteria y los desayunos, los chicos de recepciin muy amables.

El aire acondicionado no se si no funcionaba bien o lo apagaban. Senti que la habitacion no la limpiaban bien .

"Great Hotel for your Bogota stay!!"

We spent 3 nights at Cabrera Imperial Hotel. It is located in a quiet and secure area of Bogota, next to a big mall called Andino and many restaurants. The staff at Cabrera Imperial is very friendly. We received a complimentary room upgrade to a superior room, and everyone was extremely helpful, taking care of everything we needed. The rooms are excellent: very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Many thanks to the staff who gave us useful visiting tips and were always ready to help. Muchas gracias especialmente a Luisa, Cristóbal, Oscar, Paola, Rodolfo y al resto del equipo. Habéis hecho que nuestra estancia en Bogotá haya sido muy agradable y que nos llevemos un gran recuerdo de la ciudad y de vuestro hotel. ¡Gracias!
