Excellent location right in the city center, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and pedestrian area. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was good, with a diverse selection of food. The staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A very pleasant experience overall.

The hotel’s underground parking was a disappointment. Although we specifically chose this hotel partly because of the advertised free parking, the garage is extremely small, with only a few spaces accessed via a car elevator. All spots were occupied when we arrived, and we ended up losing almost an hour trying to navigate the one-way street and garage entrance before being redirected by the receptionist to a paid public parking lot across the street. To be fair, the hotel had informed us in advance that no parking spaces were currently available, which we appreciated. However, the overall parking situation was still inconvenient and stressful. The next day we were told we could try again if a parking space became available, but we preferred not to waste half the day waiting and risking damage to the car in such a tight garage. There were also a few small maintenance/details issues in the room: the kettle lid was missing, and the coffee and tea amenities were not refilled during our stay.

У нас случился конфликт на завтраке с поваром!!! Он хотел нам выпускать с завтрака пока мы не оставили мандарин. И все последующие дни он фактически дежурил, стоял над тарелками чтобы мы ничего не унесли. Это было ужасно и унизительно.

Perfect location. Bus from train station leaves you right at the hotel which is right at the old city. The friendly , welcoming and helpful staff . Spacious, comfortable super clean room.
