Location was great. Breakfast was very good Room was ok. Bathroom was clean

Room was not very clean. Bed sheets had stains. Armchair had cigarette burns. Armchair also doubled as an extendin bed but it was very dirty and inoperable. Only 9 spaces for parking. Have to reserve in advance weeks before.
