Guest House Boutique-Premiere

I have no complaints about the hotel. Everything was first class. As a single person the room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Being right on Nevsky Prospect you could be excused for thinking there might be a lot of traffic and noisy during the night but nothing at all. There was no view from the room but am sure most of the rooms would have a great view looking out onto Nevskiy Prospekt. You can get breakfast at hotel or go out to the many restaurants near by. It’s in a prime location, shops, restaurants, places to visit and metro. Everything you need is practically in walking distance from hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful and very accommodating. I have been to SPB a few times but this first time at Premiere and it certainly won’t be my last time. I would recommend this hotel very highly indeed.

This is not a 3.5 star hotel. It is a very simple and plain guest house. It has to be advertised like this. My room was very small, with only one window and not two as it is shown on the picture above, and on the advertisement site of "Hotels.com", and my booking form. The toilet - bath room was so small that one has to keep door open to use it. The staff is very friendly and nice, the location is excellent, but it is still guest house.

Although just on the 2nd (could be 3rd) floor, there is no lift and luggages of 15 kgs and more can be a real problem to handle. Basically just one lady staff but nice and friendly. No complaints with the simple breakfast which is cooked by that one staff. Noisy with moving vehicles on the road and room is not soundproof. A little pricey for this standard.

Lovely stuff, hotel located center of SP, facility move to everywhere, I like this hotel.
