Cool place to spend vocation nice appointment finished clean

The was not towels at toilet I have to request and it takes long time no drinking glasses of water

We stayed 1 nite on the weekend, and kids are very happy. They love to swim😊 . And yes this hotel has a beautiful swimming pool in Jakarta. Love it😍

There was a nice male on the reception desk who helped when he noticed the female receptionist was being rude and welcomed us as the female was completely rude and unprofessional. The security people were very welcoming and nice and the cleaning people who offered to help with our bags as you had to carry bags up the stairs from the basement when there was 4 perfectly good lifts there but your not allowed to use them to go up from the basement. Pool was awesome, supermarket next door was awesome, lots of parking available.

The female receptionist that I first talked to when checking in was really rude, totally ignored us first and stayed playing on her phone then snapped at us once we starting talking to the male receptionist (who was really nice - actually smiled at us and said welcome) so she came over was very short and abrupt with us not giving us any information about the room, parking or wifi just acting like a brat when we asked questions then went back to looking down and txting on her phone. The floor in our unit was absolutely filthy - I had a shower and between getting out of the shower (in the en-suite) and walking to the bedroom my feet got black from the dirt, see the photo. Dirty marks all over the walls, unit needs a lot of work, cracked and a few missing tiles in the en-suite bathroom, a lot of the walls were dirty and some had mould and cracking plaster - which can all be fixed with a bit of work. All of the problems with the room needing work and being dirty can easily be fixed by Grand Tropic but if the female receptionist that checked us in is the face guests get when you arrive I will not be booking with them again - which is a shame because next year we were going to bring 4 families with us for a extended stay in Jakarta here at Grand tropic. I’m sure not all units are this bad we we’re probably in the worst as I’ve heard good things about this place and this one night stay was a tester for when we come back to Jakarta next year

Four stars hotel with low quality services. Waited more than 3 hours to get the room ready. Receptionists not responsive, manager can't be contacted. Room below standard not clean smell bad. The worst hotel ever. Stay away. Really stay away

Staycation here with fams. A bit crowded for the visitors. Front desk a bit slow as only 2 staffs handled so many visitors. Overall it is a clean hotel. It more likely Apartment. I take Bussiness room. Got a kitchen, living room, bedroom, walk in closet and bath room (using bathup). Staff kind and helpfull. The plus point for me is the swimming pool area. For a little kids can play in the sand pool without worrying get drown. Food and beverages taste good. But it is a bit shame when breakfast time in resto, the staff is not fast response to re-stock the food / cutlery. There also a taxi pool for pax who don't bring vehicles.

I booked a one-room suite at this hotel because of the attractive price on Hotels.com and for its proximity to Central Park. In fairness, for the price, I do not expect a great deal. The room was dated and in need of some maintenance - the hot water mixer was difficult to adjust, and the lamp in the living room was not working. The bathroom came with the usual amenities, but there was precious little else - no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board, and although an electric kettle was provided, there were only two coffee cups but NO SPOONS.S Service from the front desk was good, they were polite and helpful, as was the doorman. What I do not find acceptable is that the hotel charges for every vehicle (including cabs and Grab) that enters - even to drop off or to pick up. This does not make sense. The amount was not large - Rp4000 - but it is a poor management decision.

Room service quality can be improved. Furniture in the apartment is dated. However, for the price you pay, its extremely good value.
