Très pratique

La vue, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, on se sentait bien.

Les bruits des douches et machines à café des chambres voisines.

En fait ce n'est pas une auberge, très grand établissement avec des équipements très modernes (piscine, SPA...), pas de contact avec les propriétaires et d'autres personnes. Erreur de notre part sur le choix de cette "auberge"

We have been using this website for booking our hotels for many years. We decided that we would book the most expensive room that was available . We booked an oceanfront with a balcony as we wanted to relax and enjoy the scenery. What we got was a room with a balcony facing a wall. We had driven 9 hours to get to that hotel and there was no way I had the energy to walk back to see if we could change our room. The next morning when we checked out the reception ask how was our stay and I told her how disappointed we were that we paid for a view and were looking at a wall. She said the manager/director would email me as she was sure he would want to adjust our room rate. He has never contacted us and we haven’t heard a word from him. She did mention that they have 5 rooms that are available for booking website but none of the nice rooms were available although we pay app$250.00 for the night. By the way, the hotel wasn’t even half full the evening we were there. We also went to the pool and noticed everyone had bath robes included with their room but not us. So disappointed!

Breakfast was good, great location

Handicapped issues. Elevators but still had to use stairs
