Good place if you want to be near the airport and very good price

Hotel looked nothing like pictures on site! Room door doorknob was loose hardly closing. Bed comforter had stains, tv only had 2 channels, no WiFi in room the way site claimed, site claimed shuttle to airport but only during certain times, had to pay myself. Area around hotel very loud as it appeared to be industrial, towels looked dingy and very used. Absolute disappointment from what site led one to believe.

Budget hotel with convenient location

The Hotel is adequate for short transit visit as I had. The best feature in my opinion is courteous staff including the shuttle van drivers who are nice and helpful. Building is old but fully functional.

This was close to the airport and was advertised to offer a shuttle. I phoned 4 hours before arriving to confirm the shuttle was available and then when I arrived at the airport and phoned for the shuttle, was told there was no shuttle available and that I would need to take a taxi. The cost of Taxi to and from the airport was almost the same as the hotel rate for one night.

it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed, I was booked for 2 nights but can’t stand on the filty place so I decided to check out the next day & made another booking to another hotel

It was ok but not exceptional. Hallways and stairs were dirty. The bathroom in my room was missing one light bulb.

When I made pickup arrangements, they sent me an email telling me to wait at station #4 for the shuttle which, according to their schedule, left the hotel on the hour every hour. I waited at least 1 hour and 20 minutes. Later, in my complaint to Expedia, they tried to say I was suppposed to call them upon arrival. Nothing in their emails to me said that. They just said "wait at #4."

After checking in, I had to struggle up the stairs to first floor lift.I had a heavy bag.I'm 76.Nobody helped me .But someone outside the hotel saw me and helped me, My room had only Thai TV The plugs were pulled out I had to move fridge to put them in The remote had no batteries.Was difficult obtain password for internet as several addresses. I ased reception and the gave me another password which also never worked. The would ot help me to do themselves. The door jammed and was unable to get back in room. Reception came and eventually opened it. The toilet flushed and stayed flushing.I had to open the top and release the valve every time. In their post,it says"Free shuttle" When I asked for shuttle back to Airport, They sais "Not free" 150 baht! ( Three pound sixty) In one draw, There was rotten fruit in a bag, half eaten cookies and other food. Worse hotel ever been to. Customer serice nil! Reception guy abrupt.Gave me key and head back down!

Just a few minutes from the airport. Taxi costs 180 baht. Recommend you get a room facing the airport. Building currently being erected on the other side.
