"Really, really bad hotel."

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times as my family lives in Ozark. The time before last there was broken furniture and the breakfast was nonexistent. This last time I stayed there they put me and my family in a room with no hot water in the sink and a shower that would not turn on at all. To be fair the desk clerk did offer to put us in another room but we were worn out from driving all day and my family decided to stay in the room, I wanted to move but was too tired to fight about it. I did tell the manager about all of this the next morning and was assured I would receive some compensation, never did.

"Overall it was OK but many little things still need to be addressed!"

It was being refurbished and the parts that were done were really nice

The bathtub in the room was disgusting!!! It was stained and had layers of soap scum up the sides!

Well it was loud the highway traffic. The shower door was broke which to me was dangerous room 326. Bed comfy, clean room.

Not as nice as it was 5 years ago but not bad for price.

"It was very embarrassing to walk into the bathroom and discover that is already used and the bathtub"

The person at desk I think his name was Kashd , he was very nice considering we had to change rooms two times.

Make sure the Rooms are clean before guest arrive.

"Bad Experience"

Hotel was undergoing renovations, so I gave them 3 stars being understanding. Housekeeping did not clean the room during our 4 day stay. 1 day housekeeping only took out trash, 1 day we got trash and fresh towels, 2 days nothing at all was done. The website did not say the fitness center was closed or to not expect breakfast. Grab n go breakfast was pitiful - a bagel with jelly, apple & water. Hopefully after renovations, it will be better.
