La limpieza en los cuartos Y el servicio en el turno de noche en el restaurante por el señor que nos atendió mil disculpas se nos olvidó su nombre pero le damos gracias por su amable atención un 💯 para usted señor y el servicio de la noche ..

Muy mala atención en el desayuno de parte de la señorita se tardo mucho para traer el desayuno tortillas frías no había servilletas no cucharas para el café atención pésima tuvimos que ir a recepción a dar la queja con el gerente un desastre la muchacha de servicio en el restaurante y todavía le dije que ya había esperado mucho y se fue a reír con la persona que estaba cocina muy malísima experiencia....

"Bastante cómodo y super bien ubicado."

Los detalles de madera en la habitación. Aunque el hotel lleva años, se ve que lo han cuidado. El estacionamiento con fácil entrada y salida y la ubicación en plena avenida Hidalgo. Baño limpio y la regadera con buen chorro.

No fue que no me gustara, solo el espejo del baño ya muestra desgaste.
