La amabilidad de la mayoria de los colaboradores, y su piscina esta muy calida y agradable para convivir en familia

El trato de un vigilante de noche que me hablo en una manera grosera, mi pareja y yo estabamos platicando afuera de nuestro cuarto en el primer piso, y nos dijo que no se podia beber a lo cual respondi, si estamos enterados, a los 5 mins regreso y nos dijo no pueden estar afuera, a lo que conteste, ah es que ud dijo "beber" y justo eso no estamos haciendo y me respondio "haga lo que quiera señora" y se fue murmurando algo. Aclaro, somos una pareja de adultos, solo estabamos afuera de nuestra habitacion sin hacer ruido, y esos no fueron los modos de dirigirse a nosotros. La otra cuestion es que se batalla con el internet, yo tuve una clase en linea y no me fue suficiente la señal, debi usar mi servicio movil para compartirme internet

La ubicación.

El desayuno es tipo americano y te lo dicen hasta que ya estás en el restaurante, sería bueno aclararlo desde la reserva, te piden 100 pesos como garantía por usar el estacionamiento lo cual no tiene ningún sentido. Las instalaciones no están actualizadas es decir todo es antiguo.

Hospitalidad buena. Austeridad muy marcada en términos de amenidades de la habitación. Limpieza de las camas deseables.

La ausencia de privacidad dentro de la habilitación considerando excusado y ducha. Muy poco recomendable para familias que desean descansar.
