"Above and Beyond Service"

The hotel receptionist went well beyond normal duties, I was trying to get a taxi from the hotel the Shekou Ferry going to the Hong Kong Airport on the morning of Feb. 7th at 6AM. Normally this is not an issue, but because of CNY, there were none. The receptionist saw the issue and was able to arrange a car to pick me up, her help solved a potential issue, she did a great job!!

Cracking doors, gave me wrong room, bed was absolutely not king sized, no baby amenities such as crib. Location perfect, tidy, neat, breakfast OK, pricey for the quality room.
