這次是家庭旅遊，我們住19樓的4人房，面對羅東公園，高樓景觀很不錯。房間寬敞，浴室乾淨、但地毯有點舊、燈光也不夠明亮。床和枕頭都很軟，因為是羽絨枕，如果能多加一個枕頭，支撐性會較好。停車場在飯店後方，停滿就須停到斜對面空地。早餐還算豐盛，但碰到連假，用餐人很多，補菜有點慢，但可接受。整體來說，以CP值來看，覺得房價有點貴了，不知是不是因為連假的關係。房間內有當地的特產點心，及免費的報紙，很貼心的服務。

出門在外，我要求的的就是乾淨和安靜，沒有異味睡起來舒適，這次住宿天氣比較冷，房間內使用的空調是大金，已經設定在20度，完全沒有感覺冷氣20度的冷，也不會有暖氣熱的很難呼吸，總歸一句，相當舒適，一覺到天亮。早餐菜色很清淡、豐富，很適合我的口味，我非常喜歡。

櫃檯人員很親切，房間非常乾淨，早餐的選擇超多，非常滿意這次的住宿。唯一不足的地方是浴室的水量偏小，而且水溫調整很麻煩，很難調到滿意的水溫，可能是因為大樓的關係。另外房間雖然是禁菸，但是也可能是大樓的關係，浴室的抽風會有煙味傳入，ㄧ進房以為是有人在房間吸菸。除此之外，是非常好的住宿選擇！

安靜好睡，高樓層窗外風景好，房間整潔，床鋪軟硬適中，以中價位而言cp值高，僅寢具部分羽毛枕過軟較無支撐，建議可增加枕頭種類供旅客選擇。
