Jiuwu staff were helpful and polite. The room had good amenities including comfortable beds, a fridge, a wardrobe, a kettle, bath/shower with good water pressure and temperature. The service was great and they cleaned the room every day. Free bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits provided fresh each day as well.

已是第二次入住玖屋文旅的家庭套房，因為和幾個朋友一起，此房間非常寬躺，足夠活動空間，有兩個廁所，都很方便，但只有一個浴室，如果兩個廁所都有淋浴間便更好，早餐亦很豐富，去羅東夜市亦不遠，大約十多分鐘便可到達

問櫃台一位高個子女生問題，他的表情看得出很不耐煩，問他幾句話就開始皺眉頭，好像是我不該問他問題一樣，態度不是很友善。房間有一點霉味但是打掃得很乾淨。
