It was a lovely experience. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The level of cleanliness is impeccable. the front office staff was very courteous and helpful (especially Zana). The dining experience was wonderful. The spread was very well thought of and very tasty.

Location and parking space

Pool shower room was bad - no hooks to hang clothes, water not draining!! Kids play area was closed. Ventilation in room bathroom was not good

The rooms are good and the service is excellent. The washrooms need upgrading but that can be overlooked because they are still maintained very neatly. Zana at the reception took very good care of us including our infant.

We are very impressed and happy about staff hospitality in the hotel. Each one of the staff we met were very polite and caring. So many hats off to all of them. The hotel facilities are also very good with lots of comfort. Will be back soon.
