L'emplacement de l'hotel en pleine ville près de l'étang de Berre était très joli et agréable.

L'hotel était en pleine transformation avec un changement de propriétaire à la fin de mars. Le service était assez irrégulier et l'installation peu satisfaisante entre le siège des toilettes sans couvercle et le ménage pas fait une journée.

le parking privé, l'amabilité du propriétaire, la propreté. la situation proche de l'étang et u centre. nous recommandons le restaurant arménien sur l'ile.

les escaliers, la réception du soir, manque d'intimité dans la salle de bain, pas de code wifi indiqué dans la chambre, manque de luminosité dans les toilettes
