staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient

the room was honestly not that clean. the area was suprisingly sketchy. a woman on meth kept knocking at my door till i helped her find her way out. she was looking for a man she said she usually meets there. not sure how accurate this was as she was clearly under the influence, however she accessed the hotel somehow... out on the street there was more of the same.

Location was fabulous! Marvel stadium was ridiculously close. A short walk to Spencer street station, Spencer street outlets and restaurants / food outlets.

Bed was very firm, and the king bed felt like 2 singles pushed together. Some mould evident in the bathroom.

Quiet location close to tram stops and great restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful and the unit was serviced each day. Beds were comfortable and it had a great shower!

The fan in the second bathroom sounded like a plane was taking off in the ensuite.
