Ottima posizione, Staff valido e a totale disposizione, la pulizia delle camere impeccabile. Colazione buona, poco salato ma molto dolce con tanti cornetti e diverse torte. Prezzo competitivo.

L'Hotel nell'insieme ha bisogno di essere rimodernato. Già l'ingresso ha una porta che andrebbe sostituita, poi le camere sono troppo old, anni 80/90.

Hotel vecchio Avrebbe bisogno di un restyling Soprattutto nei bagni .asciugamani centellinati. Rubinetteria arrugginita. Colazione scarsa. nessun alimento senza glutine,senza lattosio. Assolutamente non adeguato alle 4 stelle

Tutto. Spa rotta. Parcheggio privato non a rotazione, ma sempre e solo le solite macchine posteggiate gratuitamente e i malcapitati parcheggio a pagamento tutti i giorni per tutto il giorno. Camera con letto scomodissimo in quanto rete non matrimoniale ma due reti singole vicine senza essere unite da nulla tra loro, ma solo avvicinate e due materessi singoli di pessima qualità. Nonostante sia stato richiesto espressamente un materasso matrimoniale nessuno ha considerato tale richiesta e quindi pessimo riposo notturno. Camere di scarsa pulizia e presenza di formiche. Impossibile tenere la finistra aperta per i rumori della caldaia e le voci del personale che alle 7:00 chiacchierava tranquillamente ad alta voce in attesa dell'apertura della sala per la colazione. Mancanza di specchio nella camera: l'unico presente aveva davanti la tv e quindi inutilizzabile. Stanza con poca luce artificiale. Nella sala ristorante: tavoli visibilmente sporchi così come le tazze per la colazione oltre alla mancanza delle posate e tovaglioli che dovevano essere richiesti espressamente. Convenzioni con lo stabilimento balneare assente, nonostante venisse pibblicizzato.

La posizione è strategica, sia per arrivare facilmente al mare, sia per raggiungere il centro di Vieste. Cittadina stupenda e ben tenuta.
