"Günstig aber unpersönlich und lieblos"

Es war ein gutes Angebot

Das Personal war unfreundlich, an der Reception wurde untereinander gestritten, sehr unpersönlich und bei Fehlermeldungen ( Tv ging nicht/ Dusche verstopft) wurde man vertröstet & kam dann gar nicht. Das Frühstück war echt nicht gut: kein frisches Obst (außer tiefgefrorene Äpfel) es wurde um 9.30 schon nicht mehr nachgefüllt, keine gekochten Eier - auch nicht bestellbar. Keine anständigen Servietten und das Frühstück wurde im Keller serviert. Besonders auffallend ist das alles wenn ein wunderschönes Bild vom Frühstück im Lift aufhängt.. und kaum was davon danach zu finden ist. Man merkt dass umgebaut wurde und es mittlerweile eine Kette ist, aber es felt an Liebe und Charme.

La piscina e il prezzo. Il ristorante e’ exonomico per un quattro stelle ed e’ abbastanza buono

Un insetto che non sono riuscita a identificare in camera. Scrivono che c’e’ un frigo bar e invece c’e solo un frigo (tuttavia nella hall c’e un distributore di bevande)
