"Es gibt viel zu reparieren und zu restaurieren."

Das Personal war freundliche und die Lage war sehr gut.

Zimmer 512: An der Aussentür war die Batterie ersichtlich, kein Deckel mehr vorhanden. Ein Lichtschalter neben dem Bett war zerstört, man sah die Kabel. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Und eine Baustelle an der Balkonfassade. Zimmer 506: WC-Tür verkehrt montiert, man konnte nur von aussen schliessen. Kein Vorhang zum Abdunkeln oder Storen zur Nutzung, und wir waren deshalb zu früh wach. TV funktionierte nicht. Kühlschrank war defekt und kühlte nicht.

"La forza del personale"

La receptionist Giulia è stata eccezionale, ci ha dato uno splendido benvenuto e ci ha consigliato molto bene per la visita a Chioggia. Il buffet della colazione è incredibilmente ben fornito sia dolce che salato, vale decisamente il costo ed il personale gentilissimo, tutti ineccepibili e cortesi. La posizione è pazzesca

La camera standard è ridotta veramente ai minimi termini, la pressione dell'acqua in doccia era scarsa. Per più di una notte non lo sceglierei.

Posizione vicino spiaggia e centro, staff gentile e affabile

Costo colazione 10 euro a persona troppo. Parcheggio per il periodo prenotato 15 euro al giorno, vicino c'era parcheggio pubblico a 8 euro tutto il giorno. Pulizia camera per cane 10 euro al giorno, in altri hotel davano cuccia aperte e ciotole. Ristorante non sempre aperto.

La zona está muy bien y la conozco, he estado otras veces en este hotel

Hubo un problema con el agua caliente y no se nos informó. Nos dimos cuenta cuando vimos que no salía agua caliente en la ducha El bar no estaba abierto.

Insonorizzazione del bagno scarsa, mi hanno dato la camera con vista cantiere (lavori sulla parete esterna dell'hotel)
