The location

The situation that arose when the front door key broke in the lock. This key was actually the room key which fitted the front door. I called the after hours number to explain that I couldn’t access my room. I had to pay $75 upfront , which I did,to have a “ locksmith “ who turned out to be a local man from the tavern with no tools who wasn’t a locksmith!) to come and open the room for me . While I was waiting to access my room, a staff member, who lived upstairs, came down to the office. I asked if she could provide a spare key to open my room. There was no spare key in the office and the master key did not fit my door! The “locksmith “ then climbed over the fence of the room next door to mine and gained access to my room via the courtyard door which was unlocked! I rang the after hours number back to say I had paid $75 under false pretences for a bogus locksmith, someone was to call me back but unsurprisingly this has not occurred!

The reception smelt like dog, there was no WiFi, the front was boarded up, 2 huge roaches in the bathroom

Location very convenient.

The place seemed fairly deserted. No furniture in the foyer which made us feel like we were the only people there. Is there a renovation or change due to happen?

Location is perfect, Onsite parking is good. A/C is cold.

The hotel is dated, it is like an empty cave. The room was basic but did the job. My room was in the main thoroughfare and very noisy. The building needs a lot of work and the lobby and main thoroughfare needs to be sorted out or re-dirceted.

Had asked for a walk in shower when booking. However there was a shower over a spa bath. Had to climb over the edge to have a shower.

This place is a run down old facility, it looks like it is abandoned & it needs a huge renovation

It’s awfully old & run down . Do not stay here . You will be very disappointed

２１時にチェックインで食事終了してたが、スタッフがお店を探して、ピザ店へ往復ドライブして頂きました。英語が出来ない私たちを大変良くサポートしてくれました。大変感謝しています。スタッフの名前分かりませんが、大柄な男性でひげはやしていました。

入口がロックされいて、電話対応が必要で英語出来ないため大変苦労した。ぜひボタンスイッチコールにしていただきたい
