Mount Sea Resort

The property has no management onsite. The two resort room we were promised were not available when we arrived. While a majority of staff were friendly and personable you cannot talk or meet with manager for this the property. This property has major pest issues and does not appear to have any kind of regular pest management in place to manage bugs... in our case the issue was mosquitos (literally thousands of them everywhere including our rooms) and the the threat of the dengue virus. Our 88 year grandmother was severely bitten all over as well as ourselves! Do not stay at this place ever!

Overall service at this hotel is very poor and unprofessional. The price quality comparison, this hotel is much too expensive for what you get. Quality of the internet service is terrible!

Overall experience is great. It's just that I think the rate is quite pricey.

We stayed in Mountsea to celebrate the New Year this last December 31, 2018. They have fireworks, games for kids and party for all the checked-in guests. All the staffs are friendly and accommodating. They are very welcoming and easy to get along with. -The room is so nice and spacious for a family. 2 adults and 2 kids -Food is GREAT! -Ambiance is good and greenery. -Amenities and facilities they offer are PERFECT! We had fun (especially the KTV room.) -Facilities are well maintained. -The view and the open area at the back of the hotel is good to have a walk in the morning and to watch sunset by the bay. We had fun and really enjoyed our stay, definitely me and my family will come back and visit this hotel again. Looking forward to come back this Holy week!! Two thumbs up for you guys! :)

Nice place to visit. Good for family bonding and they have a lot of activities to offer. They also have a lot of friendly and accommodating staffs. Will recommend it to others who wants to feel relaxed. 😊👍🏻

One of my favorite hotel in cavite, price is a bit high but worth it.my family loves the selections of their breakfast and of course the taste. The staff are friendly and honest. the rooms are well renovated with a modern design. Bonus points they are 5 minutes near at the police station,hospital,church and,mall. Thumbs up!! looking forward to go back there on our family trip by next year.

We chose this place because it seemed to be the only one that’s a bit more modern in this area. Watched the pictures and thought that we should play for the executive king room and that was the right choice because our friends stayed at standard (delux premiere) rooms and thei’re nor satisfied at all. But executive king room is quite spacious and very nice. Shower is warm and room is clean. Nevertheless its clear that this hotel asks more money that it’s worth. Be aware that wifi doesn’t reach to every room at any times. We had this room just next to the reception and wifi is reached randomly. Nevertheless its possible to work with wifi in the mornings or in the evenings. Main problem is with breakfast - you can only choose from 2-3 choices and it seems like a joke but you cannot have juice and coffee at the same time. So you have to choose one and buy another if you want it. Breakfast quality is also not so good. If we asked for sightseeing suggestions than noone could give us any information. That was a little dissapointing.

After staying in proper Manila in previos visits thought of giving try to this Resort away from City . But had regret in choosing this place . Only good point of this Hotel is it is facing Sea Otherwise other things are Disappointing. To mention few 1) Room is not fitted with security deposit when Inquired they asked for additional amount PHP 550 2) In evening you can NOT relax around hotel Mosquitos are after your blood Thanks to no maintainance area around 3) Breakfast is very limited -- like Hostel or some low Budget Hotel No buffet even after paying USD 100 including taxes One have to make one or two choices i asked for Beef + Egg Served with Rice !! when I asked for Bread they said it can be given only with additional cost !! 4) Hotel do not provide any Air port shuttle . Since Place is outside Manila -- To & Fro transport cost is +USD 100 Such heavy charge is Not worth of staying . 5) No Electric Points for Mobile Charging around Bed One have to get it done on point of dressing table 6) No Lift for going to upper floors . In short this 4 star hotel is operating like ZERO star Hotel It is not worth staying if you are not having your own vehicle or prepared to donate blood to thirsty mosquitos

I've been to varied resorts in the entire Philippines and this Mount sea resort is the WORST! Dirty pool, dirty huts, unaccomodating staff...It is a shame to see foreign visitors here because the Philippines has a lot to offer. Dont waste your money here like we paid (I was with my family) and in 2o minutes we saw the worst resort ever and we decided to refund the payment nd leave but they still charged us for a portion of what we have paid. But the worst was the experience because we were all excited as we expect that they really offer what they show in their Bus ADS, brochures etc...so they definitely ruined our vacation :(

Check in is good although we came it quite late. They had problem finding my booking but did gave us the room for us to rest. Check out is quite bad... waited for almost 2 hrs to check out. Room is nice, near the beach, bfast is ok.
