Greet Hotel Marseille Provence Aéroport

We had not planned to stay ay the greet hotel! Easyjet cancelled our flight and booked us in for one night. The less said about Easyjet the better - that's a whole different review!! The main receptionist, Mohammed, was on duty and he explained that even though Easy jet had booked the rooms they had not sent through a rooming list, therefore he could not book us in. We waited and waited and waited - we were all on hold to Easyjet. Finally Mohammed said he wanted to just book us in as he was sick of waiting. We were very grateful as we were tired and fed up. He told us he had been at the hotel for only 3 days! We were compelled to write this review as he was so helpful, friendly and understanding. He's a real professional that will surely be a great asset to the greet hotel. We send thanks and appreciation to Mohammed - the hotel may not be the most luxurious, but the food was good and the service was amazing. The lady that drove the bus and helped with the food was so lovely - sorry, we did not get her name, but she deserves a mention. The rooms are compact, but it's all you need for an airport hotel. The pool was good! All in all, Mohammed made this experience better! Thank you!! (Oh, and the rooming list never arrived from Easyjet)!!

Only booked for one night as an overnight for an early flight. The very pleasant and helpful young lady on the reception desk, turned out to be be receptionist, bar tender, shuttle bus, driver, and I'm sure many other things. She is worth her weight in gold to the company, and I hope the company reward her adequately. Truly a brilliant employee.

Extremely small rooms but great service.

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport. On y est en 4 mn en voiture. Possibilité d'arrivée tardive car la réception est ouverte. Chambre très petite. Petit déjeuner très light. Belle piscine.

Logement bien située au centre-ville, personnel agréable et réactif, par contre l'appartement n'était pas du propre à notre arriver, le sol était sale il y avait des traces de pied et de pâte de chien mais aussi des poils de chien sur les lits ( la reception à rectifié le problème lorsque nous leur en avons fait part ) les rideaux de douche mériterait d'être jeté, l'appartement est très spacieux et fonctionnel mais une bonne rénovation ne serais pas de refus, les buzes du jaccuzi n'ont pas de pression, certaines était boucher et la protection qui sert a le couvrir s'effrite en bref beaucoup de négligence niveau hygiène pour un 4 etoiles

Hotel parfaitement bien situé tout proche de l'aéroport de Marseille. Petit déjeuner très copieux et servi dès 4h du matin. Service de navette aéroport très bien organisé et fonctionnel dès 5h le matin

pratique et bon hotel, restaurant tres bien, le parking dispo pour toute a duree de notre séjour et navette pour l'aeroport. Un excellent choix pour un voyage avec depart et retour à marseille en laissant sa voiture au parking pour la durée du séjour*; parfait

Le séjour a été une catastrophe je déconseille fortement ! J’avais mis ne pas déranger sur ma porte et des personnes son rentré quand même et au final ils n’ont meme pas fermé la porte ! Toute mes affaires étaient disponibles à la vu de tous. Ils n’ont pas nettoyer après avoir fait leur travaux je me suis retrouvé avec du mur dans le lit . L’excuse était de dire que c’était de la faute de la société extérieure … 0 responsabilité
