FairBridge Inn Express Whitley City

The new owner was great room was clean price was good .Would stay there again.

Location was great, it is the only hotel in that little town. Needs a little work on inside and outside. Covid is responisible for lack of work done on the building. Had been resently bought by a new company.

But this the hotel that we just left didn't have a pool everything else

Theres a reason it was only $51

First room the AC didn't work and the room had a musty smell. The freezer in the fridge was iced over also. The manager offered to move us to a new room and it took about 3 rooms to find one...the ac was working and the room didnt smell so we thought it was okay, but then upon coming back in the evening for a shower we discovered the water wasn't working. Well, if your turned on the sink faucet it would work, but with low pressure and ice cold water. The manager offered to move us rooms, but we were so tired we just went to bed and planned on checking out early. However, expedia wouldnt refund my money...so we went to another room. The ac was okay, but I set it on 60 and it never got "cold" in the room. The water in the shower worked, but the toilet wouldn't flush properly. And when the toilet in the room nextdoor flushed, our toilet wouldn't at all. The manager tried, but we felt like he was only concerned about a bad review, which he brought up multiple times. The hotel is just really run down and needs major updates!

It was a good stay and all the staff was great and I recommend this hotel to all

The room was large and affordable.

Enjoyed my stay there. Stayed 5 nights. It was quite and for the price you can't beat it.

I liked the remote location

The staff was very friendly. The price was reasonable. My only complaint is the small pillows.
