FairBridge Inn Express Whitley City

We wasn’t expecting to stay another night but because of the snow we did, it’s very convenient being right by Kroger, multiple food places & the hotel it’s self is very comfortable & clean! thank you all for having us again!

Staff was all very nice & helpful. Check in was a breeze! We have smaller children who can get a little fussy through the night and early morning and they always work with us and are very respectful.

Horrible condition! Puddles on bathroom floor. Dorty shower. Dirty tissues in drawers. Stains on sheets. Could feel the springs in the mattress. Stains on floors, walls, and ceilings. TVs worked half the time. Side doors never locked. This place isn’t worth staying at

Large parking lot, quiet facility, great amenities in the room and fresh coffee daily. Thank you Fairbridge staff for taking good care of us while we stayed! You definitely go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy!

I wish they would have answered the phone for Expedia any time in the last 3 days. They tried multiple times to reach out to the hotel to try to cancel the booking. I know that there are only three rarest of circumstances that would allow for a refund, but at least to try would have been nice :(

It was very clean. A little dated decor, but clean and safe and very professional staff. Overall excellent.

Quiet area, had everything I needed in my room and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great.
