Holiday Inn Express Sheffield City Centre by IHG

PLEASANT AND HELPFUL STAFF AND A GREAT BREAKFAST! ROOM CLEANLINESS WAS A TAD LACKING,BUT NOT TERRIBLE.

Lovely reception from staff rooms are beautiful though sofa bed is very uncomfortable for there star rating Rooms are well sound proofed Will be staying again

Very clean staff friendly helpful and efficient. Sofa bed in room 1215 could do with being replaced as it sank at the bottom but all in all very good experience.

Enjoyed it was slightly out of the city centre. Didn't like the area where it was situated. Lots of young people hanging about at night.

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, great location for the city centre. A little disappointed this time, rooms are normally nice and clean. However around the bed and underneath the bed could have done with a good vacuum.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a good view overlooking the river. Water tank above room very noisy & staff did offer an alternative room but as it was just one night I decided to stay & it was no problem. Breakfast was fine except only scrambled eggs available. Would have preferred poached or fried. No tomatoes, mushrooms, or hash browns were available & no fruit yoghurts which other hotels offer.

Excellent service

Excellent and basic hotel, you can’t complain for the price you paid. They also charge to park at hotel which is unacceptable.
