Close proximity to the lake George village. Staff were afriendly.

Beds need an upgrade.

Fire and pool

The property (Motel Montreal) was advertised as having a partial lake view on Expedia. When I went to check in, I was sent next door to the Lake Haven hotel. The room faced the parking lot. I explained the room was not as advertised since there was no lake view. I wasn't given any options except a number for a reservation manager. I called and texted that number and got no response. I called the Sundowner (property number listed in Expedia) also and got no response. I ended up turning in the keys within an hour of check-in and went to another hotel. I am trying to get a refund. I am very disappointed as I feel this is false advertising. I am also very disappointed at the lack of customer service.

The staff was okay, rooms were outdated for the prices.

Pool looked clean

Smell in some of thr rooms,run down appearance, our fridge froze our food despite on low setting, curtains barely coveted window, only 1 light. Homes in ceiling.
