Staff was friendly

Bed was terrible. I don't often write reviews but that's how bad this was. It felt like the middle of the bed was a sink hole and we kept getting pulled into it

Breakfast, room and parking were all good.

We had a very bad experience with the room cleaning service. We requested for a room cleaning service, when the room cleaning service person came in, she started shouting at us for unknow reason and she was really rude, we did not experience such a case in any of our earlier Marriot stays, this needs to be definitely looked upon by the marriott management.
