"Disgusting dirty room"

The room was roach-infested and disgusting. All surfaces were sticky, including the table, kitchen counter, doors, and window shades. We also had ongoing issues with the door. On two separate days, our key cards stopped working and we had to return to reception multiple times to have new cards programmed. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance made our stay very unpleasant.

I was very comfortable in my room. Thank you for a great stay.

I was surprised to see the kitchen but you could have some utensils and plates and glasses or cups for coffee in the unit. That would have made it much nicer and also some coffee and creamer and sugar for the coffee. If you have a kitchen in the unit you should provide the pans for cooking and plates and glasses for use.
