Nos gusto la ubicación muy central y cerca de la mayoría de los lugares a visitar Habitación limpia y con todo, diariamente un botella de agua La noche previa a nuestra partida, nos enviaron una degustación de frutas frescas Desayuno excelente

La zona del baño tenia a ratos, olor a desagüe, lo informamos, para nada cambio la experiencia

εξαιρετικό πρωινό. εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι εργαζόμενοι. ιδιαίτερα ο Enzo στο Gastrobar. κεντρικό σημείο αναφοράς, κοντά σε πολλά ενδιαφέροντα σημεία, εύκολα προσβάσιμα περπατώντας.

όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά, αλλά υπάρχει πάντα περιθώριο βελτίωσης

The staff is really wonderful here! We arrived very early in the morning super tired and they were able to put priority cleaning on the room so we could check in early. Also, when there was an issue, they were very helpful and trying to make it up. Really appreciated their thoughtfulness for our family’s stay.

Spacious room (premium double), great breakfast, convenient location and nice staff

Some water problems that were fixed, but as we weren’t aware, we’ve got a great cold shower 😂

I stayed here for 5nights. The room was a good size for a standard room. Plenty of hot water and space in the bathroom for toiletries. We enjoyed a welcome drink on the first night. The only negative was a lack of gluten free options on the bar menu. The waiter was unsure what was gluten free. There was a gluten free station at the breakfast buffet and they would heat gluten free rolls if you requested it. The hotel was in a great location- close to the metro and walking distance to many attractions.

My wife and I stayed at Catalonia Plaza Mayor from May 19 to May 25 and it exceeded all expectations. Cezar at the front desk made sure our room availability was sped up as we got to the hotel at 10 am with jet lag. He made sure our checked bags were in our room when we entered, and went out of his way to get us an extra chair and towels. Breakfasts were excellent, the room cleaning immaculate, and the property in proper repair and looked like a 4 star hotel that it is. We give it a 10 out of 10. Ken and Janine Alford
