Camera quadrupla veramente molto grande. LettI comodi. Bagno molto grande. Terrazzo ampio con stendino. Colazione varia e abbondante. Pulizia impeccabile ovunque. Piscina bellissima e affaccio sul mare e sul tramonto meraviglioso.

"Reservation not honored - no refund"

We arrived here after having booked and prepaid through Hotels.com. Our reservation was NOT honored, and we were told they did not have a room for us. After some prodding, they admitted that they had a problem with their reservation system and offered us a stay at a nearby hotel. Upon arriving at the new hotel, we discovered it was actually a motel that was of much worse quality than our originally booked room. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room that was clearly not ready for customers - beds with no covers, the plastic still on the mattress, fresh paint in the air (I woke up with a blocked nose and headache). This was by far the worst experience I have had booking a hotel online anywhere.

"4 stelle? Da rivedere"

Per un hotel il biglietto da visita non dovrebbe essere la struttura, ma le camere, e per un 4 stelle non concepisco una matrimoniale formata da 2 letti singoli, lenzuola del '700 glaciali di inverno e infernali d'estate per giunta non cambiate perché erano già sporche al momento del check in. Avendo toccato il tasto dolente della pulizia non posso non citare le formiche che infestano il davanzale della camera, ma anche quelle altrui, che infine sono giunte ad affollare la camera e dormire insieme a me e alla mia compagna. Indecente! Avrei dovuto avere un posto auto ma non essendoci nessun addetto al parcheggio ognuno l'ha lasciata senza criterio e io ho dovuto lasciarla sotto un abitato di fronte l'albergo e trovare il bigliettino di lasciare libero il posto, per il resto l'unica nota positiva è stata la ragazza della hall sveglia e pratica ma non basta per me come non può bastare a reggere il peso delle fatiscenze di un posto che è come un pessimo quadro un una cornice importante.
