Chambre correcte dans une petite rue piétonne de San Remo. Entrée de l’immeuble très délabrée. La chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure remplie d’immondices et pleine de rats. Vraiment dommage car on ne pouvait même pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte… Pas d’eau chaude quand d’autres chambres utilisent l’eau…

the property asked us to check in before arrival which we did, when we got there we hadn’t been given a code, rang the property and the owner started shouting that reception was closed he wasn’t giving us a code and to go get another hotel. this was after 8 hours of driving across France and 10pm. my phone was dead and my boyfriends was on 2 percent so we had to continue driving in the middle of the night to our final destination in Italy. we were left stranded with no where to stay, no phones and had to drive nearly 8 hours in the middle of the night. we had already paid for the night. I’ve used this site for over 3 years and never has this happened. the owner was rude , aggressive and just plain nasty to leave guests outside in the middle of the night. the building was dingy and dirty also. I would not recommend booking this place unless you want to be stranded

Quelques petits soucis concernant le code qui ne fonctionnait pas avant l’heure d’arrivée renseignée malgré le fait que j’ai reçu un mail pour me dire que je pouvais prendre l’appartement à partir de 16h Ils devraient débloquer l’accès à 16h ! J’ai du le rendre à une autre adresse pour avoir quelqu’un via un parlophone … sinon la chambre est bien placée et la rue est calme. Chambre propre

Check in automatizzato, ho avuto alcune difficoltà relative all’orario di ingresso ma al numero di telefono la receptionist è stata velocissima e gentilissima. Stanza pulita. Posizione strategica davanti al teatro.
