Location

Worst hostel experience I've had in a while. The staff were extremely rude and made it clear they had zero interest in being helpful when requested. This unwelcoming attitude ruined the entire vibe of the place. When you pay for a hostel, you expect a community feel and basic support, but this place fell flat on both counts. Not worth the price tag—look elsewhere.

I had a bed in a 5 person room with an attached bathroom - which I really appreciated. The room had lockers and an aircon, we needed that considering it was quite warm during my stay. Lift access was great, as well as luggage lockers for after you have checked out.

Make sure you bring your own towel. Alternatively you can buy one at the front desk for 7 euros. I really wish the beds had curtains for a little more privacy, especially since the room was mixed.

Les installations sont neuves

La musique dans la salle commune est beaucoup trop forte la nuit La réceptionniste n'était pas très aimable, je suis originaire d'Asie de l'Est, mais comme je maîtrise mieux le français que l’anglais, je l'ai saluée dans en français. Elle a toutefois ignoré mes paroles et ne m'a répondu qu'en anglais. Comme elle s'adressait en français au client français qui se trouvait derrière moi, j'ai eu l'impression d'être victime de discrimination raciale. Étant donné qu'elle-même n'est pas française, ce comportement était-il approprié ?
