great location, staff tried to be helpful

I booked a 2 bed room and was given 4 bunk beds and was told they could not give me the room I paid for because they were sold out. The air conditioning was not working and the room was far too hot to sleep in. The window was open to the internal part of the hostel with no circulation. The staff gave me a fan which did not fix the temperature problem and would have made it impossible to sleep. I had to deal with the stress of finding an alternate accommodation last minute and was lucky to find a hotel with 1 room left close by that was much nicer and cheaper. I escalated this matter to the hostel management and booking.com and was not offered a refund. Shame.

La ubicación bastante cerca de todo el casco histórico pero lejos del tren , si conectado por el metro , pero no lo usé
