every thing is OK staff very friendly view is excellent

no shisha at the sea view , I think they must provide terrace with view in the roof and restaurant must be bigger

Amazing view right on the Raouche. Staff were kind and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and everything was to our liking. Complimentary drinks and cake at check in was so thoughtful. Waterfront and close to many restaurants and cafes.

I was upgraded to a better room upon my arrival which I didn’t expect and was thoroughly excited.

Unfortunately, housekeeping missed a few cleaning issues which I pointed out to staff but that didn’t affect my stay there.

No room service food, mostly rude staff , not hotel more like appartment with no services, money digging reception, other con of the place there’s a loud nightclub next to the building which makes it difficult to sleep at night.

My kids lost a necklace in the room, I asked help from the front desk during check out and they sent 2 different people to look for it until they found it. We were very grateful The 1 bedroom apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, and both rooms had a perfect view

The room description on booking.con explained that there is 1 large bed AND 2 small beds. However in reality it is either/or. The front office helped fix it by sending us an extra bed
