GBStaff were all very nice, food was good
Room too hot (fan too weak to help), no view out of window at all (roof tiles view only). Green emergency charge light too bright (room illuminated green throughout the night) fairly cramped room even with small double bed. en-suite small. Bed poor felt the springs and woke with hip pain. Pillows poor quality and uncomfortable. unable to sleep at all, it is a shame that the room was so bad as the Marsham Arms is a nice place with excellent staff, maybe we were just unlucky with the room we were given.

GBThe location for us was great. The room is so big that we could have had a king-size bed. Rather than a small double bed. The breakfast was lovely. Food in the bar had a great selection. Super dog friendly. Staff are really nice. Plenty of parking and lovely grounds
Problem with the bathroom floor, the staff were super quick to rectify
GBEvening meals were very good. We had a very nice room. We believe some of the rooms could be noisy but our room was fine. Lovely complimentary teas, coffees, hot chocolate & bottled water replenished every day. Nice relaxing gardens.
GBGBIt suited our needs for a dog friendly place to stay. The only problem was the walls were thin and we could hear the people next door when they were in their bathroom. Their electric shower was noisy and woke me up too early on Sunday morning. Breakfast was good as were staff.
