Struttura molto bella e fornita di molti comfort. Servizio piscina a nostra disposizione. Pulizia frequente.

Il Wi-Fi non ha funzionato per 5 giorni. E nonostante io segnalassi la situazione ogni giorno alla reception, il problema è stato risolto con molta calma. Questa non mi è piaciuta.

"Fatal experiencia"

Las vistas, es lo único que merece la pena.

El apartamento olía a desagüe, el personal altivo, tuvimos un problema con el apartamento y no hicieron nada por solucionarlo, se lavaron las manos y ya. Nos pusieron pegas a la hora de pagar en efectivo cuando aquí especificaba que “ al llegar pagarás en efectivo”. No volveré ni se lo recomiendo a nadie. La piscina la cerraban a las 19 de la tarde, bueno a las 18:45 porque sino el socorrista perdía el autobús. Nada más que añadir. Totalmente descontentos.

"Hemos estado bien excepto los olores por humedad."

La piscina era muy tranquila y bonita. El apartamento estaba bien.

Tenía mucho olor a humedad y el lavabo Teníamos que abrirlo porque se concentraba un olor a alcantarilla.

"A ne jamais refaire"

Pas grand chose: car étant hors de notre demande initiale lors de la réservation, vue sur la mer. Equipement pas de bonne qualité, odeur d'égouts toute la semaine. Fourmies dans la cuisines depuis notre arrivée. Confort désagréable, bruits de table et chaises toutes la journée des voisins du dessus. Les restaurants dans le village, hors ALuaSun (interdit aux enfants - discrimination aux familles) ont été agréables.

Pas de vue sur la mer. Equipements de mauvaise qualité. Odeur d'égouts toute la semaine dans la salle de bain. Fourmies et insectes dans la cuisines tous les jours. Insonorisation médiocre avec les voisins au dessus. Que 2 chaises dans un logement pour 4 personnes. Literies de mauvaise qualité avec des matelas à eau. ALuaSun restauration (interdite aux enfants - discrimination aux familles) incroyable !!! Groupe HYATT, c'est honteux ! Publicité mensongère sur les photos et la réservation (vue sur la mer).
