"Olor a humedad y hormigas"

La ubicación bien , el apartamento bien , limpio y normal. El trato del personal bien.

No me gustó que hay hormigas que se meten en la cocina y te invaden la comida abierta y si no aguantas la olor a humedad en las casas, estos apartamentos huelen muuuy fuerte a humedad sobre todo la pared de las habitaciones . Están bien ubicado y se puede estar pero deberían de solucionar esos inconvenientes que hacen que la estancia sea muy incomoda y estés peor que en casa. Y unas vacaciones son para disfrutar y estar agusto...

El apartamento era amplio.

Habia wifi solo en los lugares comunes, no llegaba al apartamento. El microondas no funcionaba. El personal no existia, habia que ir a otro hotel y al ir respondieron que no podian ayudarnos.

Personal, instalaciones y ubicación!!!

Pequeño descontrol con la limpieza, tuve que llamar para que viniesen el 5 día, y para colmo se dejaron sin cerrar con llave el apartamento. Entiendo que son fallos de principio de temporada, gente nueva etc

Falta de utensilios de cocina y la separación en dos camas individuales en vez de matrimonio. No posibilidad de late check-out

Ubicación y tranquilidad

La recepción me pareció un desastre ya que el propio hotel me hizo una reserva y al llegar me dicen que no tenía ninguna reserva hecha, menos mal que tenía todas las conversaciones guardadas y pudieron traspasarme una noche para otro hotel.
