Position and atmosphere was amazing .. morning jacuzzi bath , nice coffee overlooking the estuary made my morning .. recommend sea view rooms

Can’t fault it really .. gluten free option available but on the expensive side of the menu..

The property as a whole was nice

Our room, number 1, was awful. It was very small and extremely hot. The windows were bathroom-type non see through therefore absolutely no view at all. The opening was small. It was like being in a cell. As soon as we saw it we asked to move, and was told no other room was available.

We stayed here for one night - had dinner and breakfast. The rooms were superb - comfortable, spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. The food was excellent - grown or raised locally or indeed right on the adjacent land and in the kitchen garden, and cooked to perfection. And the service was lovely - attentive, warm and friendly. This place is an absolute gem. It's calm and quiet, and quite unlike anywhere else on the island. Strongly recommended.

Location and restaurant

One of the rooms had a bath with handheld shower. Very steep, narrow stairs to our rooms - would have been difficult with large luggage. Grateful we were travelling light.

nice breakfakst but could have a bit more of a choice for continental add on. you need to order cooked breakfast as the continental does not offer much choice.

the normal wifi is not usable. Had to get onto the staff wifi as we had to do work.
