Early check in, friendly guy who checked us in, plenty of space, shower room very small but it was fine for the 2 of us. Perfect position for coral island, the sea front & winter gardens

Blinds in main bedroom didn't close properly & the sliding door to the shower room needs attention

It was comfortable enough and in a great location but it was SO loud. We could hear everything going on in the street and the rooms next to us.

The very clean room loved the bathroom all modern and unique

It was a little cold but there was a heater which didn’t work straight away but not bad

Hotel location is excellent but that is all.

spent 6 days complaining to the manager for the room to be cleaned , bins to be taken and for basic things. Wet towels were left till our second to last day on the floor from the whole trip. Manager every time seemed unbothered. Room was left unlocked by the house keeper and we didn’t realise till coming back to the hotel. Was informed that the house keeper wanted to apologise but that never came to be. Absolutely appalled at the cleanliness of the hotel and the staffs attitude. Doors banging all night, shower and toilet broke during trip. Informed the manager and was told that a maintenance man would be 15 minutes. Me and my partner waited over 45 minutes for the maintenance man and they never arrived when we went to speak to the manger who was never In the hotel but in another hotel that the owners own. To ask about the maintenance man and was informed that he was on his way and shouldn’t be too much longer.

Shower was hot it was good. Very lovely and friendly staff, very kind and welcoming whenever needed them.

Some water was left in the cattle, bin bag was broken when I check-in.
