"Spotlessly clean en suite b&B at a competitive price"

Welcoming owners and excellent breakfast.

The bedroom was on the 3rd Floor which for me as an 82 yr old was not the easiest to get to with luggage. Luckily I had only a small suitcase. I slept ok but in fairness I always do but the mattress I think was the coiled spring variety which was not the most comfortable

Hosts Graham and Kat were extremely friendly and helpful. We had the full English breakfast which was perfect and freshly cooked. The room was very clean and comfortable. Seafront, harbour, eateries and shops are all within a few minutes walking distance. There's also a public car park a minutes walk from the guest house. Will definitely stay again.

A good choice of food available for breakfast off of a menu which you could order from the day before. The location was good only a few minutes away from the town and harbour.

"Wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, Super!"

Die Lage ist super, nicht weit vom Bahnhof und um die Ecke vom Strand und der Promenade und trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen! Die Besitzer sind super freundlich. Wenn irgendwas ist, einfach ansprechen!!! Extra wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Hab das Prinzip der Dusche zuerst nicht verstanden, da waren gar keine Wasserhähne... ;-)

Very welcoming hosts felt very comfortable. Made us feel very welcome. Not far from the train station and sea front. Excellent variety to choose from for breakfast was delicious every morning. Will definitely stay again.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect, the weather very hot and there was blackened out curtains and a fan. The bed very comfortable and I slept brilliantly. The breakfast was huge and filled me up for the day. I'll def come back again.
