The proximity to where we needed to be. Also the pool area was excellent and staff really nice

The bar food was sub par. We did not get the aircon working on the first night, the water from the aircon on the second night flooded the bedroom. Some clothes and footwear also got wet, which was a bit frustrating. Also, only one aircon worked and we were told by the bar that when it’s 2 occupants, only the bedroom is switched on. One night, the toaster cut the power to the whole block. The staff resolved all issues promptly and were very courteous, helpful and polite. The reception also organised transfer from and to the airport, at a reasonable price which really helped us catch our early morning flight.

Pagona Holiday Apartments is one of those rare places people don't just visit once they come back for decades. During our stay in May, we met couples who have been returning here for 20, even 27 years. That alone says everything about the quality, atmosphere, and hospitality of this place. This family-run hotel has a warm, authentic feel that you notice from the moment you arrive. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning gardens full of flowers, palm trees, and Mediterranean greenery that create a peaceful oasis. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, allowing guests to cook and feel at home. There's also a lovely restaurant and bar on-site, open from early morning until late evening. The swimming pool is perfect for both adults and children. The location is another big advantage, close to the centre of Paphos, the promenade, restaurants, and local attractions. The public beach is within easy walking distance, and bus stops right next to the hotel make exploring the area very convenient. Pagona is not a large, impersonal resort. It's a place with heart, created by people who genuinely care about their guests. In a world full of identical hotels, this one stands out for its warmth and character. No wonder so many guests keep coming back year after year. Well done to the owners for creating a place that truly feels like a holiday home.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy accommodation and an excellent location. Everything is within walking distance

2 single beds pushed together instead of a double. Noise from the building site early in the morning, which couldn't be helped. Maybe ear plugs to be provided.

All the smiles, the friendly family athmosphere, the helpfulness of all the team, the room was big & spotless, the location was excellent - so close to everything. We will return😃

Only the pizza, it wasn't great but all other foods were!

Le prix raisonnable pour une chambre d’hôtel. La proximité de la ville de Paphos. Personnel cordial. Personnel de nettoyage très sympathique et travaillant dur. Piscine sympathique.

Le petit déjeuné non inclus. La chambre qui était la mienne avait l’air assez ancienne et non conforme aux photos proposées sur le site booking.
