My wife and I were concerned about staying at a small property. We were surprised at how much everyone wanted to make sure we were happy with the stay. The discounted golf carts was a plus. Quick walk to the Joint.

It was beyond expectations! Sergio & Carlos made every thing possible. Sergio made breakfast special with his fruit cutting skillz 💛 was very clean and well kept property.thankyou I WILL Return

Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Quite as it said it was , clean and comfortable, wish it had english tv that was disappointing and make sure you have plenty mosquito cream other than that , food good healthy and everything else great we have no complaints and were very happy with our stay at coco thankyou everyone.

We absolutely Love staying here. It's off the beaten path, but still so close to everything! If you are looking for a quiet spot with over the top fantastic staff, this is it!!!

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Good AC and the pool was very nice when the heat outside was above 30 Celsius. The free breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit and toast. Will defiantly go back when we return to Isla Mujeres. It's location is not near the down town but you can rent a golf cart to go anywhere you need to go on the island.

Can’t beat the price. We were just looking for a nice place to sleep. This hotel is perfect for that.
