Lovely views from the garden

It is up an extremely high hill and not suitable if you have any walking difficulties, this was not mentioned just says 5 minutes stroll from town. The owner was rude and condescending when we mentioned it just said “it’s good for you to walk” talking to us like children! We know this but when you have arthritis in both knees the hill is impossible!

Extremely homely, excellent hosts, fabulous views over Dartmouth and best breakfast ever.

Panoramic views mean an uphill walk from the town, but this was a small drawback as we do not have a problem with walking.

Lovely room with fantastic views On site parking (Big plus) Owners brilliantly accommodating ,nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean. No time restrictions. Overall,A lovely time!

The walk uphill from the town is steep! No problem to me,but persons with mobility issues likely to need either to drive or call a Taxi.

View from our room of the college was very good, and excellent views of Dartmouth while eating breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had extras such as robes and a wide range of toiletries available.

Our room was smaller than expected. Online was a picture of the bigger rooms. Very little room around the bed. We use the chair to put our small overnight suitcase on as nowhere else to put it. I would request a bigger room next time.

We were asked if we wanted to upgrade for a small extra fee when we arrived as a guest had cancelled and we immediately said yes as the room had a huge bay window with absolutely superb view over the whole of Dartmouth and the harbour. Very well equipped room with all that you might need. Excellent breakfast featuring a variety of cold options including homemade fruit compote and brilliant cooked breakfast options. Superbly equipped with everything that you could possibly need, and a few more things as well! Certainly a place to go back to.

Steep hill down to town!

Excellent location, parking included. Made to feel very welcome - tea and cake on arrival. First-class breakfast with plenty of options. Very comfortable room with comprehensive facilities.
