Beautiful B&B in central location. Parking onsite with train station close by and a bus stop about 2 min walk away. Self check in, on arrival with clear instructions. We stayed for 2 nights in a family room which was very spacious. Large comfortable bed and a great bunk bed. The room was thoughtfully laid out and had a partially dividing wall which was great as we didn’t feel like we were all crammed into one room like it can feel in family rooms. Nice size en-suite, with a good size shower and lovely fluffy towels. Beautifully decorated throughout and

The only negative, and I’m being really picky here, was the shower water was not as hot in the evening as in the morning

Room was lovely and whole house was spotless. Bed was really comfy after a long day out. Great location just off the main road through Windemere. Staff made us feel really welcome. Didn’t have breakfast as we aren’t breakfast people but smelt great!

Welcome from the owner, clean, great facilities in the room. Fluffy towels, location, onsite parking. The lounge was great, staff information on walking. Quirky design was good. Breakfast was nice.

I liked everything, maybe a small bit fruit for breakfast too.

The room was very spacious and clean and the use of the swimming pool and spa were a great addition

The full English breakfast wasn’t great, hard fried egg, anaemic hash browns and mushrooms
