We had a really warm welcome ,room was spotlessly clean and good facilities.,we were asked about breakfast on arrival for the following morning ,had a family room for four of us ,nice comfy bed had a great sleep . Breakfast was 1st class ,nice and hot also plenty of tea coffee and cereal to help yourself to ,lovely ,relaxed a d friendly atmosphere . We will defo stay here again when we come to blackpool ,loved it

Our second stay. Very affordable, and the owners are really nice. We mentioned how much we enjoyed their fried bread and they remembered and we got an extra slice at breakfast. Lovely stuff!

I think the room would be a little small if you were staying for more than a couple of nights. There's not parking, but there is a paid car park just up the road.
